My advice wasn’t terrible last week. Aside from telling you to start Alfred Morris and sit Amari Cooper and Calvin Johnson, my lineups mostly helped you. So here’s this weeks.
Matt Ryan (Falcons) – Against Tampa? He should destroy them.
Philip Rivers (Chargers) – The Ravens secondary is just terrible. More garbage time yards for the NFL’s leading passer.
Nick Foles (Rams) – A nice little sleeper here; Foles could have a field day at home against an awful secondary.
Sleepers – Brian Hoyer (Texans) – Desperate? He could play well at home against Tennessee.
Colin Kaepernick (49ers) – He has a few good games each year. This won’t be one of them.
Jay Cutler (Bears) – The Vikings are very good against the pass. Avoid him if you can.
Ryan Tannehill (Dolphins) – The Patriots are bound to put an end to this Dolphins spark.
Bust Alert – Andy Dalton (Bengals) – He’s been great, but on the road in Pittsburgh? He could choke here.
Justin Forsette (Forsett) – The Chargers run defense is atrocious. Easy points here.
Jonathan Stewart (Panthers) – He’s been great all year, that should continue here.
Chris Johnson (Cardinals) – Johnson looks revitalized, and he should have a field day against a bad Browns run defense.
Sleeper Alert- Charcandrick West (Chiefs) – The Lions have been awful all year. The Chiefs still love to run the ball. If they get up early, he could get a lot of touches.
Sit ‘ Em
Latavius Murray (Raiders) – He was great last week, but now he faces a tough Jets front seven. Sit him here.
Lamar Miller (Dolphins) – Again, the Dolphins won’t be winning this one. Even if they do, it won’t be in a blowout fashion. He will be relied on less here.
Carlos Hyde (49ers) – The Rams might shut out the Niners…
Bust Alert – Eddie Lacy (Packers) – The Broncos defense is tough… Very very tough. He’ll break out soon, but not here.
Keenan Allen (Chargers) – He destroyed the Ravens last year, expect Rivers to go to him a lot here.
Brandon Marshall (Jets) – The Raiders secondary is it’s weak point. Marshall didn’t get a lot of points last week, he should get more here.
James Jones (Packers) – Chris Harris will likely take on Cobb, so Jones will have more opportunities.
Michael Crabtree (Raiders) – Cooper has been great, but with Revis, he may struggle, and the Raiders may look to their other options more.
Sleeper Alert – Donte Moncrieff (Colts), Roddy White (Falcons), Tyler Lockett Seahawks)
Jarvis Landry (Dolphins) – Landry is one of the few Dolphins who fought from Day 1. Unfortunately, Malcolm Butler has been great this year. They’ll focus on Landry.
Torrey Smith (49ers) – The Rams will shut him down.
Dez Bryant (Cowboys) – Looks like he might play this week. Doesn’t matter. Sit him against the Legion of Boom.
Randall Cobb (Packers) – On the road, being covered by Chris Harris? Tough luck…
T.Y. Hilton (Colts) – Same as Cobb, against Josh Norman…
Ladarius Green (Chargers) – Gates will likely be out again, so take advantage of Green who’s played well so far.
Jason Witten (Cowboys) – The Seahawks still aren’t great against the TE. Look for the Cowboys to go to their savvy vet often.
Tyler Eiffert (Steelers) – They can’t stop the TE. Eiffert is a monster.
Crockett Gilmore (Ravens) – Without Weddle? Crockett will feast.
Sleeper Alert – Jacob Tamme (Falcons) – It might be a 5 TD day for Ryan. Tamme could catch one?
Martellus Bennett (Bears) – Harrison… Smith… That’s all.
Coby Fleener/Dwayne Allen (Colts) – Either one, avoid them. The Panthers defense is vicious.
Vernon Davis (49ers) – If you haven’t already.
Bust Alert – Jimmy Graham (Seahawks) – The Dallas LBs aren’t bad, plus this feels more like a defensive game for Seattle.
Falcons – Vs Tampa? At home? Easy.
Ravens – The Chargers are a turnover machine. A defensive touchdown wouldn’t surprise me here.
Packers – Weird to think I’d encourage this against Denver, but Manning has been a mess so far.
Panthers – Same here. Really? Start against the Colts? Yes, because Luck will get sacked, and he will turn it over.
Sleeper Alert – Texans/Titans – Both offenses are awful… so take a gamble on one of them.
Bengals – In Pittsburgh, with the potential return of Ben? Nope.
Dolphins – Don’t start a defense against Tom Brady…
Steelers – On the flip side, avoid defenses against this very efficient Bengals team.
Bust Alert – Broncos – Aaron Rodgers off a bye could be scary, even for this elite defense.
